Okay, four student girls living in a house, I saw a mouse run across the kitchen floor on Friday. Since then we have put down mousetraps, killing 3 today and one yesterday. What we need to know is is four mice a lot? Is it normal or is only one or 2 normal? Should we reconsider our methods of elimination? Do we have a nest or infestation? Your house might be infested. You shouldn't have any mice inside your house. Call an exterminator ASAP.
its not bad it only means that you probably had a mouse that had babys if the mice you caught were tiny ......to stop it from happening just make sure and keep your food put up and off the floor lay out some traps and it will be fine.
there can be at least 5 pups in a litter, and if the mice you caught were either fully grown or just about, you probably have a lot more to deal with, as they can and will inbreed after only a short time, as it doesnt take them long to mature
heres another comforting thought:
for every cockroach you see in your home, there are a hundred you dont, and youre never 20 feet away from a spider
