Those of you who read Of Mice and Men?

If you were to write a 7th chapter to Of Mice and Men, what would write about?

I just finished the book, and am curious to what other people would write about...

i would either write in the future, George being on the farm he always dreamed of, or right after Lenny's death and him thinking about everything then deciding to leave the ranch.Those of you who read Of Mice and Men?
Lenny's funereal or maybe his long lost twin Dubya?

Of Mice and Men is a novella written by Nobel Prize-winning author John Steinbeck. Published in 1937, it tells the tragic story of George Milton and Lennie Small, two displaced migrant ranch workers during the Great Depression in California.

Based on Steinbeck's own experiences as a bindle stiff in the 1920s (before the arrival of the Okies he would vividly describe in The Grapes of Wrath), the title is taken from Robert Burns's poem, To a Mouse, which is often quoted as: ';The best-laid plans of mice and men/often go awry,'; though the phrase in the original Scots of the poem is ';The best laid schemes o' mice an' men/Gang aft agley.';

Of Mice and Men thrives on the notion that everyone is isolated, and everyone seems to get along quite well together by talking about how isolated they are.

From Shmoop/Of Mice and Men
I dont think george would be on his dream house. It wouldn't be the same without Lennie there.

Honestly, I think that he's become one of the lone ranch workers. But I'd write about. Scratch that. I think the book was good as it was. That way people will have their own ideas of what would happen.
Well, he DID leave the ranch in the movie. I suppose you should talk about Curly, and what happens at the ranch after Lenny's death.
I would have him be all depressed about Lennie, leave off with him buying the farm naming one of the animals after Lennie.
